Verification prevents fraud and complies with Pakistan's anti-money-laundering rules for financial transactions. We check your ID photo, address and payment method match your account. Once verified, you can withdraw freely within our limits. This step takes 2–4 hours on working days.

If your payment provider declines the transaction, we refund the amount to your btpro account within 24 hours. You'll receive a message explaining the reason—usually insufficient balance, wrong account type, or provider maintenance. Contact support with your transaction ID to investigate further.

Yes. Open a dispute ticket in the Support section within 30 days of the transaction. Include your transaction ID and reason. We investigate with your payment provider and respond within 7–14 days. If the provider confirms an error, we issue a corrected credit.

Your password is encrypted, your full payment details are not stored on our servers, and sessions time out after 30 minutes of inactivity. We do not sell your data. Account access logs are available in Settings so you can spot unauthorised logins and log out remotely.

Minimum deposit is PKR 500 via any supported method. Daily withdrawal limit is PKR 500,000 for verified accounts; weekly limit is PKR 3,000,000. High-volume players can request a limit review by contacting support with account history and identification.

SadaPay and Raast withdrawals settle within 1–2 hours once verification is complete. JazzCash and Easypaisa typically clear within 30 minutes during business hours. Public holidays or late-night requests may add 4–8 hours. Confirmation goes to your registered mobile number.

Policy changes are announced via email at least 14 days in advance. You can accept or reject the new terms; rejection closes your account without penalty and refunds your balance. All previous versions of our terms remain archived in your account for reference.
